1. No Physical Returns
Since we provide event planning and management services (not physical goods), there are no product returns. Instead, this policy covers cancellations and refunds related to booked services.
2. Payment Requirement
- All bookings require full payment at the time of contract signing.
- Payments are securely processed by our authorized calling agents via debit or credit card over the phone.
- Payments are not accepted through our website.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- 30-Day Refund Window: If you cancel your event 30 days or more before the scheduled event date, you may be eligible for a refund as outlined in your service contract.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Any initial deposits (if specified in your contract) are non-refundable.
- Cancellations Within 30 Days: If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the event, refunds may not be available, as services, vendors, and resources are already reserved.
4. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events
If your event must be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a fair resolution in line with your signed agreement.
5. How to Request a Refund
All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to planitperfectjanice@gmail.com or through our Contact Page. Please include your name, event details, and contract reference.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Policy Updates
